Accessibility
The Therapy Stage wants everyone to be able to book a session and sign their agreement online. These pages are designed to work with a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom and text-size changes.
What we do
- Every form field has a visible label, and error messages say what went wrong and how to fix it.
- The booking and signing journey is designed to work with a keyboard alone.
- Signing doesn’t need a drawing: you can type your name as your signature instead.
- Colours are chosen for strong contrast, and information is never shown by colour alone.
- Pages are designed to reflow on small screens and when text is enlarged.
If something isn’t working for you
If you find a barrier, or need the agreement or any other information in a different format, please tell us and we’ll find a way to help. You can book or sign by another route if that’s easier.
Please use the contact details on the practice website.
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We’re still improving, and we’d like to hear about anything we’ve missed.
